John McMickle

John served as Counsel to the Senate Judiciary Committee (1995-2001). He advised Chairman Grassley (R-IA) on various policy matters, including the last comprehensive re-write of the nation’s bankruptcy laws. After leaving the Hill, Mr. McMickle served for a decade as a partner in a major international law firm's government affairs department and then as President of a boutique public strategies consulting firm. Mr. McMickle received a B.A. from the University of Tennessee in 1989 and a J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law in 1994. McMickle is also a published author and a frequent panelist on bankruptcy policy issues.
Clifford J. White III

Cliff is Senior Advisor, Bankruptcy Compliance at AIS. For 17 years, Mr. White led the United States Trustee Program (USTP), the Department of Justice's "watchdog" of the bankruptcy system. He retired in March 2022 after 42 years of federal service. Mr. White is the recipient of two Presidential Rank Awards—the highest recognition accorded to senior career executives—by President George W. Bush and President Barack Obama. As Director of the USTP, his accomplishments include the implementation of key provisions of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 and the Small Business Reorganization Act of 2019.

Victoria has been working with the individual and corporate client in the areas of consumer and commercial bankruptcy and civil and corporate litigation, collections, repossessions, foreclosure, and domestic relations for more than 20 years. Ms. Ferraro began her legal career in East Tennessee and moved to Nashville in 2002 to join this firm as an associate, when the firm was then known as Williams & Prochaska, P.C. Ms. Ferraro’s successes lead her to be asked to become a firm shareholder in 2009, and she then transitioned to majority owner and Managing Member in 2019.
